1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants, volunteers, sponsors, and attendees (collectively referred to as "Participants") of any of our Open Day Golf Events. By registering for and/or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not participate in the Event.

2. Registration and Fees

2.1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the age and handicap requirements specified in the Event details.

2.2. Registration: All Participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable registration fee by the deadline. Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the fee.

2.3. Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation by the organizers. Payment methods and details will be provided during the registration process.

3. Event Conduct

3.1. Rules of Play: The Event will be conducted according to the rules and regulations of the golf course and the official rules of golf as stipulated by the governing body.

3.2. Sportsmanship: All Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, respect, and integrity. Any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespect towards other Participants, volunteers, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the Event.

3.3. Attire: Proper golf attire is required. Participants must adhere to the dress code specified by the golf course.

3.4. Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers and the golf course staff. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the Event.

4. Cancellations and Changes

4.1. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, format, or location as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4.2. Cancellation by Organizers: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public health concerns), Participants will be informed promptly, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

4.3. Cancellation by Participants: Participants who need to cancel their registration should notify the organizers as soon as possible. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5.2. Liability: The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Event.

5.3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the Event.

6. Media and Promotions

6.1. Photography and Videography: By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

6.2. Personal Information: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for Event administration and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

7.2. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

7.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

By registering for and/or participating in an Open Golf Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
